I'm back!

Hi Guys.
Yes, I've returned from darkest Lankashire. The Miss Piggy information certainly generated a wry smile.
Did you know that it was said that the day the Yanks elect a black presedent pigs would fly? Then Presedent Obama was elected and the first thing that made the headlines was 'Swine Flue'. Uncanny!
Yeh you are right, Stu, I didn't hear much about t' ferrets and t' whippets but I did forget my flat 'at!
Hey, Rich the surprise trip to Curfu is bound to earn Brownie points, surely. The soft furnishings will be forgotten under such circumstances I'm sure.
Been a long day so will keep it short tonight. Nice to talk to you guys again though. More later.

                                               Bi for now.

Hi John,
Glad to see your accent hasn`t changed all that much ... and the pig flu ... I have a picture joke about a real piglet on a motorised skate board taking off a 6" high sloping ramp at some speed .. shame I can`t post it here as picture attachments capability has been removed from this version of MSN users web site .. too much baggage for the web servers to handle I expect .. bit like a certain new addition to Heathrow .. holidays eh? .. don`t you just love em?

Hey Stu, just been looking at google earth and your hut has disapeared, have you been evicted and rehoused ?

Hi Tony, had to wait until this morning to check, but glad to say the caravan is still in situ, that satellite shot must have been taken at the end of last season by reckoning as all the leaves are still on the trees and it was still bare when it was put on site this year. I'm still there either basking in the sunshine or being washed by the rain, duck trials this morning, OK then DUKW trials, someone trying to start a ferry service from Appledore to Instow and Crow Point, unfortunately the vehicle wouldn't come up the slipway so it looks as if it's been foung guilty and will be shot later, ha.ha !!
Gotta go have to produce a DVD of the occasion for my boss.

Hi Stu, very strange as I remember putting a pin push into the hut next to the entrance to the car park when you gave the location and when I looked again the hut had gone, whats the weather like down there, its awful in Frome and we have just taken my mum to W.S.M. where it was just as bad, roll on August!!!!

It's been raining so hard today Tony that small furry animals would've drowned in it, doesn't look to be any better tomorrow either.
I think with Google Earth you never know the actual date of the update of the satallite image, 'cos me caravan was definately there this morning, I was sat in it, we might just be in a parallel universe though.

Hi Guys,
Still here in sunny Timsbury .. I also have noticed that some of my markers on Google Earth have a tendency to "move" .. as Stu says, the time stamp on the data you are viewing can vary depending on your "eye height" .. the further out you zoom the further back in time you can go .. max is 1999 in UK data (so far) .. hope that smittering of info helps Tony .. I`ve just seen the fragmented weather front (that now stretches across most of France and UK) looks like it`s leaving us alone .. so get the deck chairs out lads !!!
