Good morning Everybody

Not really a discussion but I am just sat here with my memories. Today is our Silver Wedding Anniversary and we are looking forward to a day of celebrations.

I hope you can all have a drink on me!!!!

Who the hell is Andrew 2 or 1 for that matter?

Hi Steve (and Sue), think of it as another hurdle crossed in the olympics of life..I got to the 25 mark in 1996, as it has been already said, then next years are the better. ( or when things go wrong, they`ll be seen as the worst).

I hope that the celebrations go with a bang..( if not try a whimper, just as effective if you`re hearing is no longer up tomuch )

Congratulations to you and Sue on your 25th.

Hope you both enjoyed your special day today.

Now you've completed your apprenticeship, Steve, I s'pose you've got the job, all you can do now is look forward to the rest of your life as a skilled man. Look on the bright side though, at least you will be entitled to social club and pension scheme memberships.

Good morning all

Thank you very much for your kind and encouraging words, hope you enjoyed your drink!!!!

We have had a lovely sunny weekend celebrating with friends. Bit of a hiccup on Friday. Some good friends were flying from Leeds on Friday to join us for a meal. They were due to arrive at 20.30 and restuarant booked for 22.00. Perfect. Problem was their flight was delayed for 5 hours!!!!! Never mind they are here now and we had a great time on Saturday night. We are going to have a big party at our home this coming Sunday to finish the celebrations. Must get some more paracetemol!

Who are the new members, why don't they speak to us?

Glad you had a good time with the celebrations, shame about the flight.

Yep, had a pint of John Smiths, I know.......I know......... Cookin' beer, but I've always been a bit of a peasant regarding beers, and I like cookin' beer! Anything better is wasted on me!

Regarding the new members, do you think it's possible that through some glitch of technology or fingers that the two Andrews are one and the same person. Maybe that's why neither of them has anything to say!
